Cheers to all,
As I wrote before (I'm not sure if a did it at a proper place), KeyWallet consider *only* the first eleven characters of a given password/passphrase to grant access to its database. Now, look what I just found out:
KeyWallet needs the *whole* password/passphrase when changing them at
[Preferences/General/Enter password/Old password] i.e. if your password/passphrase has more then eleven characters you'll have to type it all. This means that the whole password/passphrase is stored correctly but *only* the first eleven characters are used to grant access, no matter what o type after that. The worst part is that maybe it is the *only part* used to cypher the database.
Now, I would like to know if this *is* intentional or is just a problem
to be corrected ASAP. Can anyone give me the answer?
